3. Blades selection and installation: It shall be operated by designated personnel. Manual comparison must be carried out before the blades are installed, and then installed the blades only after the comparison is correct. After the blades installation is completed, manual testing must be applied.

How to do the manual testing?

First of all, turn off the power of the terminal crimping machine, press the down button, and use a special wrench to spin the main driven wheel to maximize the crimping stroke. If the hand can not spin, consider whether the pressure is too high or other problems, check and debug to OK.

6. The trial production of 10pcs will be sent to IPQC to confirm the quality being OK before mass production. During the production process, the operator must check whether the terminal is crimped well, and carry out the terminal tension test every 1 hour.

7. After the completion of production, sort out the good products, NG products, and clean up the machine and surroundings.

Precautions during the use of the terminal crimping machine

1. In the course of operation, if the machine is abnormal, turn off the power supply first, and ask the mechanic to carry out maintenance and debugging in time. 
2. Non-designated personnel are not allowed to debug or disassemble machine parts without authorization.
