The fully automatic terminal crimping machine refers to a kind of machine used to process the wire harness, which can crimp the terminals to the ends of the wire and then conducting electricity.

The work flow of automatic terminal crimping machine:

  1. Turn on the power switch of the terminal crimping machine and the power is on.
  2. Pay attention to whether there is obvious noise inside and outside the machine, if there is, suspending the operation, and asking the machine maintenance personnel to determine whether maintenance is needed or not.
  3. Blades selection and loading: It shall be operated by the designated personnel, and the blades must be correctly selected before installation. After the blades installation, a manual test must be carried out, firstly turning off the power supply of the terminal machine, and then spinning the wheel with a special wrench to finish the crimping stroke of the machine. If the spinning is motionless, you shall consider whether the pressure is too high or other problems, check and debug. Each locking screw should be checked before operation to make sure there is no loosening before operation.
  4. Install the terminal to be crimped. Using the hexagonal wrench to adjust the terminal feeding plate to make the terminal easily passing through, and visually check whether the feeding position is appropriate. If it is not appropriate, adjust it. Loosen the locking screw of the terminal feeder with a hexagonal wrench, twist the adjusting rod until it reaches a good condition, then lock the locking screw of the feeder and begin to work.
  5. The 10 pieces of trial production is sent to IPQC for the first confirmation, and the test shall be OK before mass production. During the production process, the operator must check whether the terminal has bad conditions or not, and carry out a tensile force test every hour.
  6. After production, distinguish and treat well the good products and defective products, and clean up the environment around the machine.
